| 摘 要： | 目的调查公安消防部队官兵的心理应激源特点 ,为今后针对性的心理帮助提供依据。方法采用前瞻性分层随机抽样方案 ,使用生活事件量表 (LES)进行测试。结果共 486例有效样本 ,42 .8%LES总分≥ 2 0分 ,3 5 %≥ 3 2分 ;LES的重测信度为 0 .845。主要应激源是工作学习中压力大 ,其次是住房紧张 ,再次是家庭经济困难。结论四川省公安消防部队官兵的心理负荷较重 ,紧张性生活事件经历的特点与一般人群不同。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigated the characteristics of stressor in firemen and to provide scientific basis of psychological consultation. Methods The scientific research design was prospective study of stratification random sampling. The Life Events Scale(LES) was used for firemen in Sichuan Province.ResultsThere were 486 qualified questionnaires. There were 42.8% cases whose LES score were above 20,and 35% cases score were above 32.The coefficient of repeated reliability was 0.845 . The highest average score was working stress, secondly housing problem, thirdly domestic economic difficulty. Conclusions Firemen in Sichuan Province have higher stressful than norm. The characteristics of stressful life events experienced by firemen was different from noraml groups. |
