烟酸分子印迹聚合物的制备

摘    要:
目的以烟酸(Nicotinic acid)为模板分子,合成烟酸分子印迹聚合物(MIP)。方法分别研究不同的聚合方法、溶剂对合成烟酸MIP的影响,并通过Scatchard方程分析烟酸MIP的结合特性。结果采用4-乙烯基吡啶和极性较小的氯仿溶剂,合成的模板分子聚合物具有较高的选择性。结论烟酸MIP可用于临床上烟酸的富集和检测。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To synthsize a molecular imprinting polymer with Nicotinic acid as template.METHODS Different polymerization methods and different solvents were investigated to synthsize the imprinted polymer and the binding characteristics of the template polymer were evaluated by Scatchard analysis. RESULTS The polymer taking 4 - vinylpyndine as functional monomer and chloroform as solvent obtained higher selectivity for Nicotinic acid. CONCLUSION Molecularly imprinted polymer will exhibit practical utility for enrichment and determination of trace Nicotinic acid.
