清热解毒扶正颗粒联合西药治疗老年肺炎及对血清降钙素原影响随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察清热解毒扶正颗粒联合西药治疗老年肺炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按随机数字表方法分为两组,对照组32例西药常规治疗;治疗组48例清热解毒扶正免煎颗粒(云南省中医医院制剂室生产,制剂批号:20031013。翼首草30g,芙蓉叶15g,鱼腥草30g,麦冬15g,太子参30g,丹参15g,等。每克颗粒剂含2.04g生药材),20g/次,3次/d。西药治疗同对照组。观测临床症状、体征改善时间、血清降钙素原、WBC变化。均1周为1疗程,连续治疗1疗程(14d),判定疗效。随访30d,观测血清降钙素原。[结果]临床疗效两组无显著性差异(P>0.05);症状、体征改善时间治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);血清降钙素改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗第5天起,WBC两组均有改善,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]清热解毒扶正颗粒抗感染作用显著,并可缩短疗程。

Qingrejiedufuzheng Granule Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Senile Pneumonia and on Serum Procalcitonin Influence Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[Objective]Observation of Qingrejiedufuzheng granule combined with western medicine in treatment of senile pneumonia.[Methods]The use of random parallel control method,80 patients were randomly divided into two groups randomly,32 cases in the control group treated by routine western medicine;48 cases in the treatment group Qingrejiedu Fuzheng granules,1 bags per time,3 times/days,western medicine and control group.Observation of clinical symptoms,signs to improve the time,serum procalcitonin,WBC change.In two weeks for 1 courses of treatment,continuous three courses of treatment,the curative effect,followed up for 30 days.[Results]Clinical efficacy of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05);signs,symptoms improved time in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05);serum calcitonin improved in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05);treatment for fifth days,WBC two group were improved,in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Qingrejiedu Fuzheng granules on anti infection effect obviously,and can shorten the course of treatment.
