重度子痫前期合并脑血管病12例分析

目的:分析探讨12例重度子痫前期合并脑血管病的临床特点和防治规律。方法:回顾性分析12例重度子痫前期并脑血管病患者的一般情况、临床表现、孕周、年龄、孕产次、重度子痫前期病情程度、产前检查及治疗措施、妊娠结局等情况。结果:12例患者中,蛛网膜下腔出血3例,其中1例产后新生儿窒息并死亡;脑出血2例,其中1例母婴双亡;静脉窦血栓形成2例,其中1例产妇死亡;短暂性脑缺血发作5例,其中1例新生儿轻度窒息。结论:做好围产期保健,及时采取措施预防和治疗重度子痫前期,可防止病情发展,降低死亡率。

The analysis on 12 cases of heavy degree eclampsism combination cerebrovascular disease

Objective：To analysis the clinical characteristic and prevention and cure method of 12 cases of heavy degree eclampsism combination cerebrovascular disease.Methods：The general state of health,clinical situation,gestational weeks,age,parity,pathogenetic condition,prenatal diagnosis,therapeutic measure and pregnancy outcome were retrospective studied on 12 cases of heavy degree eclampsism combination cerebrovascular disease.Results：there were 1 case of neonatal asphyxia and death in 3 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage;1 case of both of mother and baby died in 2 cases of apoplexy;1 case of mother died in 2 cases of sinus thrombosis;1 case of neonate sphyxiation in 5 cases of transient ischemic attack.Conclusion：The progression of disease were prevented and death rate were cut down through perinatal care and adopting prevent and treatment eclampsism.
