卡马西平联合东莨菪碱治疗难治性癫痫的研究

目的观察和评价卡马西平联合东莨菪碱治疗难治性癫痫的疗效和安全性。方法对51例难治性癫痫患者予卡马西平联合东莨菪碱治疗,随访2a。结果51例患者中23例有效,有效率45%,病程在5a以内疗效较好。18例出现口干、头晕、乏力等轻度不良反应。1例患者出现一过性白细胞减低,其他患者未出现肝肾功能、血常规异常。结论卡马西平联合东莨菪碱治疗难治性癫痫具有一定疗效,安全性好。

Clinical study of Carbamazepine combined with Scopolamine on the treatment of refractory epilepsy

Objective It is to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Carbamazepine combined with scopolamine on the treatment of refractory epilepsy.Methods Open-self-matched trial with Carbamazepine combined with scopolamine as adjunctive therapy to refractory epilepsy in 51 cases,the course of treatment was 2 years.Results After treated,23 cases were effective in 51 cases,and the total effective rate was 45.1%.The cases whose patient history less than 5 years were more effective.18 cases showed mild untoward reaction as dry mouth,dizziness,debilitation,et al;1 cases showed WBC abaissement in a moment;and no cases of liver,renal function and hemogram dysfunction.Conclusion Carbamazepine combined with Scopolamine on the treatment of refractory epilepsy is effective and safe.
