对我国综合ICU的基本设施的探讨

本文扼要阐述ICU的概念、必要性及其发展过程,ICU的病房设施以及床位数(占医院总床位数1％)。ICU病房设施包括:床头治疗系统;病人监护系统;器官支持系统和其它辅助治疗系统。此外,应有独立化验室、导管室等。对于我国综合ICU应根据医院等级、经济实力具备基本监护、支持系统作为硬件,医护队伍的素质和医疗质量作为软件。在ICU评价、考核方面软件在保障医疗质量方面越来越重要。因此,建立ICU对于我国能最大限度发挥医疗设备的潜能,有利于危重医学的发展。

Study on the Basic Facilities of Multidisciplinary Intensive Care Unit in Our Country

The concept, necessity of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and its developmental processes were discussed. In ICU facilities of ward as well as number of beds (account for about 1 % of patients in hospital) ,its facilities included care system of bedside,monitoring system of patient,system of organ support and other auxiliary facilities. In addition, there should be available of experimental room,catheter room etc in ICU. However,multidisciplinary for our country should depend on different grades of hospital, actual ecnomic situation to have basic monitoring organ support system as a hardware, quality of medical staff and medical quality are software. It is more and more important for evaluating and checking to software on ensuring medical quality. Therefore, ICU is established to improve the capacity of medical facilities and the criticial medicine development.
