HPLC法测定丹栀逍遥散中栀子苷的含量

目的:建立测定丹栀逍遥散中栀子苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18,流动相为乙腈-水(15∶85,V/V),检测波长为238 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为30Ⅴ,进样量为10μl。结果:栀子苷检测质量浓度在0.51¹6.32μg/ml范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD≤2.30%;平均加样回收率为99.40%,RSD=1.99%(n=9)。结论:该方法简单、准确、重复性好,可用于丹栀逍遥散中栀子苷的含量测定。

Content Determination of Geniposide in Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder by HPLC

OBJECTIVE： To establish the method for the content determination of geniposide in Danzhi xiaoyao powder. METHODS： HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Agilent TC-C8 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water （15： 85, V/C）at a flow rate of 1.0 mllmin. The detection wavelength was 238 nm and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃. The sample size was 10 Ill. RESULTS： The linear range of geniposide was 0.51-16.32 ug/ml （r=0.999 5）. RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 2.30%; average recovery was 99.40% （RSD=1.99%, n=9）. CONCLUSIONS： The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for content determination of jasminoidin in Danzhi xiaoyao powder.
