| 摘 要： | 采用Pulsinelli法制成的大鼠全脑缺血模型,观察了粉防已碱(Tet)对缺血脑组织含水量及大鼠生存率的影响。结果表明Tet有较好的脑缺血保护作用。通过测定缺血后脑组织内超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛含量的变化,提示Te t的脑缺血保护作用可能与其抑制脑缺血后的自由基和脂质过氧化反应有关。

| Abstract: | The cerebral ischemia was produced by Pulsinellis method in Sparaque-Dawley rats. The brain edema and survival rate of rats with bilateral carotid and vertebral arteries occlusion for 60 min were observed in ip tetradrine at doses of 1 ~ 4 mg/kg groups and control rats.Superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde in brain tissue were also measured by pyrogallol method and fluorescence spec-trometry. The results suggested that tetradrine have protective effect on cerebral ischemia, which was related to the inhibition of lipoxide and scavenging of oxygen free radical. |
