泌尿道感染菌种分布及药敏分析

摘    要:目的分析我院泌尿系统感染患者中段尿培养分离的菌种分布情况以及药物敏感性。方法采用手工法鉴定细菌,K-B纸片扩散法进行药敏试验。结果大肠埃希菌是泌尿系统感染最主要的分离菌,其次是葡萄球菌及粪肠球菌等。女性患者大肠埃希菌的感染率显著高于男性(P〈0.01),而肠球菌的感染率男性明显高于女性(P〈0.01).。多数门诊患者中段尿分离菌的药物敏感性要高于住院患者中段尿的分离菌,且其敏感性基本处于平稳状态,而住院患者中段尿分离菌的药物敏感性呈逐年下降趋势。大肠埃希菌对亚胺培南的敏感性为100%,葡萄球菌对万古霉素的敏感性为100%。结论临床医生应关注分离菌的变迁及药敏情况,以及在不同性别中的差异,增加经验用药的合理性,避免耐药菌株的出现。
