武警士兵群体自我效能感对安全感和抑郁的调节效应

目的:探讨武警士兵群体自我效能感在安全感和抑郁之间的作用.方法:采用一般自我效能感量表、流调中心用抑郁量表、安全感量表,对不同兵龄的725名武警部队士兵的自我效能感、安全感、抑郁水平进行测评,并进行描述性分析、t检验、相关分析及层次回归分析.结果:(1)二、三年兵自我效能感、安全感分值低于一年兵,抑郁分值高于一年兵；(2)武警士兵自我效能高分组抑郁分值低于自我效能低分组的分值,安全感分值高于自我效能低分组分值；(3)武警士兵的安全感和抑郁分值呈负相关和自我效能呈正相关,自我效能和抑郁呈负相关；(4)自我效能感对安全感和抑郁之间的调节效应显著；以上结果具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:武警士兵群体自我效能感在安全感和抑郁之间具有调节效应,在进行心理健康服务时应注意培养士兵的自我效能感.

Moderating Effect of Self-efficacy on Sense of Security and Depression among the Armed Soldier Population

Objective: To explore the role of self-efficacy in moderating between security sense and depression in armed soldier population.Methods: General self-efficacy scale(GSES),sense of security scale(SQ) and depression scale used in epidemic disease investigation center(CED-S) were used to assess the degree of self-efficacy,security and depression of 725 armed soldiers at different age.The results were studied by T test,correlation analysis and hierarchical regressive analysis.Results:(1)The scores of self-efficacy and security sense of soldiers who had been in army for two or three years were lower than those for one-year soldiers,whereas the scores of depression were higher than the that of one-year soldiers.(2)The depression scores of the soldiers with higher self-efficacy scores were lower than those of soldier with lower self-efficacy scores,whereas the security scores were in the opposite case.(3)The scores of GSES were positively correlated with the scores of SQ and negatively correlated with the scores of CED-S.The scores of SQ were negatively correlated with the scores of CED-S.(4)Self-efficacy has obvious effects on adjusting between security and depression.The above results have statistical difference(P﹤0.05).Conclusion: Self-efficacy among soldiers can moderate between security sense and depression.Therefore self-efficacy should be emphasized in the mental health services.
