| 摘 要： | 目的：评价菊花倍半萜烯内酯类化合物（SLs）对鼻咽癌的抗肿瘤作用。方法：采用SLs的活性成分parthenolide（PN）为受试物作用于人鼻咽癌高分化细胞株CNE1，检测细胞毒性和诱导性凋亡指标，进行时间－效应和剂量－效应作用观察、细胞计数减少、细胞增殖抑制率升高（P＜0．05）；细胞出现凋亡特征形态学改变，TUNEL阳性细胞、SubG1亚群细胞百分数增加，细胞失贴壁率明显增高（P＜0．05）；上述指标与PN剂量存在明显相关（P＜0．05）和时间循序变化。结论：PN可通过对人鼻咽癌细胞毒性作用和诱导细胞凋亡发挥其抗肿瘤作用，提示PN具有化学预防意义。
