| 摘 要： | 目的探讨皮下脂膜炎样T细胞淋巴瘤的病理特征。方法采用光镜、免疫组织化学标记对皮下脂膜炎样T细胞淋巴瘤进行观察。结果组织学瘤细胞是在脂肪空泡的背景中，淋巴细胞呈灶片状浸润，并有局灶状凝固性坏死，淋巴细胞分裂像多见，免疫组化显示瘤细胞LCA ，L26-，CD45RO 。结论发生于皮下的脂膜炎样T细胞淋巴瘤比较少见，它的诊断主要依靠病理组织学及免疫组化。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the pathological feathers of subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma.Methods A case of SPLTL was observed by light microscopy and immunohistochemistry.Results Histology of the background of fatty bubble, lymphocyte diffused and congulative necrosis would be observed in locality.Lymphocyte were often be seen.Immunohistochemistry:LCA +,L 26 -,CD 45 RO +.Conclusion Subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma is rare.The diagnosis of it mainly depends on histopathology and immunohistochemistry examination. |
