创伤性颅脑损伤患者家属焦虑度与满意度的相关性研究

目的对创伤性颅脑损伤患者家属的焦虑程度与满意度进行调查研究,分析患者家属焦虑度与满意度的关系,以避免由于患者家属焦虑情绪致满意度下降导致的医疗纠纷。方法采用问卷调查法,首先选择廊坊市人民医院脑外科2004年5月~2005年1月收治的颅脑损伤病人家属50例(A组),对一般资料、焦虑状态、满意度进行分析研究,采取有效地护理措施于具体工作中。再选择廊坊市人民医院脑外科2005年5月~2006年1月收治的颅脑损伤病人家属50例(B组),以相同的问卷调查。比较两组结果。结果两组患者家属焦虑度均高于国内常模,B组家属焦虑度明显低于A组(P<0.01)。B组满意度明显高于A组(P<0.01)。结论采取有效的措施可以降低患者家属的焦虑度,提高满意度,从而避免医疗纠纷的发生。

Relationship between Anxiety and Satisfaction of Brain Injury Patients' Families

Objective To study the status of Anxiety and satisfaction of the brain injury patients' families and their relationship, find the way to help patients family numbers reduce anxiety that will be induce medical dispute. Methods By questionnaire, (A group) Fifty craniocerebral injury patients family numbers who come from Langfang hospital (2004,5-2005,1) were asked for common, anxiety degree, correlative factors and satisfaction for treatment. we modify the way in clinical work according as the result. (B group) Fifty craniocerebral injury patients family numbers who came from Langfang hospital (2005,5-2006,1) were asked for the same information and compare with A group. Results The anxiety of two group member is higher than national standard, and anxiety of B group is smaller than that of A group. The degree of satisfaction in B group is higher than that of A group. Conclusion The measures can effectively reduce anxiety and increase the degree of satisfaction of craniocerebral injury patients family numbers. Medical dispute will be prevented.
