| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年慢性病患者对卫生服务需求状况及影响因素。方法自行设计问卷对某三甲医院门诊60岁以上老年慢性病患者进行问卷调查。结果老年慢性病患者常就诊的医院以三级医院为主，占85．44％，对卫生服务需求表示不需要的占41．99％；卫生资源配置、医疗保健制度、社会经济状况等是影响卫生服务需求的主要因素。结论应加大卫生服务宣传力度，提高老年慢性病患者对卫生服务的认知度和接受程度，建立有效的慢性病医疗保障制度。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To discuss the demand of health services and influencing factors of elderly patients with chronic diseases.[Methods]Out-patients with chronic diseases who were over 60 years in a grade 3A hospital were investigated by self-designed questionnaire.[Results]85.44% of respondents used to go to the grade 3A hospitals for medical service, and 41.99% of them indicated that they did not need health service; health resource allocation, medical care system, socio-economic condition were the main factors influencing health services demand.[Conclusion]It's necessary to increase the awareness of health service, to enhance knowledge and acceptance of health service among the elderly, and establish an effective system of medical insurance for the elderly with chronic diseases. |
