对51例支气管哮喘患者加强健康教育的护理体会

目的探讨支气管哮喘患者有效的健康教育和护理方法。方法将51例支气管哮喘患者列为健康教育对象,通过定期举办讲座、在护理活动中开展、随访上门等方法加强对患者进行健康教育,提高支气管哮喘患者的健康意识和自我监测能力,纠正其不良的行为习惯。结果健康教育后51例支气管哮喘患者的防病意识、自我监测能力均明显提高,对有效预防和控制哮喘发作有显著的作用。结论有效的健康教育是提高支气管哮喘患者自我保健意识、促进防病的一项重要措施,对有效控制哮喘发作、及时发现病情变化、有效预防病情进一步恶化及再次发作有着重要的影响和效果。

Nursing Experience of Strengthening the Health Education in 51 Patients with Bronchial Asthma

Objective To discuss the effective health education and nursing methods in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods To improve the health awareness and the self-supervision ability of 51 patients with bronchial asthma and to correct their wrong behaviors and habits by holding regular lectures and during the nursing period paying regular visits to them and so on.Results The disease-prevention awareness and the self-supervision ability of 51 patients with bronchial asthma were improved evidently after the health education,which played a key role in the effective prevention and control of asthma.Conclusion Effective health education is an important measure to improve the awareness of health care and the disease-prevention.It has great influence on the control of asthma,timely discovery of the disease changes and the effective prevention of disease.
