中医药论治胃癌癌前病变的临床研究进展

慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）伴肠化、不典型增生被认定为胃癌癌前病变，癌变率可达10％-15％。众医家一致认为饮食不节、情志失调、过度劳累、久病体虚、素体虚弱为主要病因。气滞、血瘀、痰湿、湿热、食积、热毒等病理因素常单一或相互交错而致病，久之致胃癌癌前病变的发生。本病病因病机多相互影响，病性多虚实夹杂，病位在胃，与脾、肝、肾密切相关，目前尚无统一的辨证分型。西医治疗多为对症处理，效果一般。中医对此病有独特的优势，以整体观念、辨证论治为原则，实行个体化治疗，可在很大程度上逆转肠化和不典型增生。

The Progressment of Clinical Research about the Traditional Chinese Medicine Treat the Precancerous Lesions of Gastric Cancer

Chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG） with intestinal metaplasia, atypical hyperplasia is considered as the precancerous lesions of Gastric cancer, the cancer rate can reach to 10%--15% . Most doctors agree with that the main causes of disease are improper diet, disorder emotions, overstrain valetudinarianism innate weakness.The pathological factors such as Qi stagnation, blood stasis, phlegm-dampness, damp-heat, dyspepsia, heat-posion and so on often occur singlely or cross-cuttingly.After a long time, they lead to the precancerous lesion of Gastric cancer. The cause of disease and pathological mechanism are often affect each other. Most of the nature of disease are deficiency syndrome and excess syndrome, the location of disease is at stomach, and has closely related with spleen, liver, kidney. At present, it has not uniform typing according to syndrome differentiation. The measures of western medicine are symptomatic treatment, the effect are not obvious. But traditional Chinese medicine＇ has unique advantage, for it use conception of holism, syndrome differentiation and treatment as cardinal principle, practice individual treatment, so it can reverse intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia in a large degree.
