| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急诊CT诊断脾破裂的准确性。方法对96例脾破裂患者的急诊CT检查结果进行回顾分析。结果急诊CT诊断脾破裂96例,手术证实或保守治疗复查证实脾破裂87例,诊断符合率为90％。结论急诊CT诊断脾破裂主要征像有脾脏形态失常、脾脏实质或包膜下血肿;并发肺挫裂伤、胸腔积血、肋骨骨折、肝破裂等对诊断脾破裂有一定意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the accuracy rate of emergency CT diagnosis of spleen rupture.Methods 96 cases of CT diagnosis of spleen rupture were retrospectively analyzed.Results 96 cases of CT diagnosis of spleen rupture were retrospectively analyzed 96 cases of CT diagnosis of spleen rupture.87 cases were confirmed by sorgerg or consrvalion treatment review.diayrosis rate was 90%.Conclusion Hemathorax,rib fracture,hepatorrhexis support the diagnosis. |
