慢性乙型病毒性肝炎中HBV-DNA含量与IL-17/IL-18及前S2抗原、前S2抗体水平的关系

目的探讨乙型肝炎患者前S2抗原、前S2抗体、IL-17、IL-18与血清HBV-DNA含量之间的关系。方法对84例乙型肝炎患者,用EL ISA法检测前S2抗原、前S2抗体、IL-17、IL-18及乙型肝炎病毒血清标志物,用定量聚合酶链反应检测乙型肝炎病毒HBV-DNA的拷贝数。结果慢性肝炎病人中乙肝DNA的含量与前S2抗原的水平成正比,与IL-18水平成反比。在不同乙肝血清标志物分组中,e抗原阳性者,HBV-DNA含量明显升高。而e抗体和前S2抗体同时阳性的患者中,未检出HBV-DNA。结论同时监测慢性肝炎患者HBV-DNA含量、IL-17、IL-18及前S2抗原和前S2抗体,对疾病的诊断及预后判断具有较大的价值。

Investigating the Relationship between Levels of IL-17,IL-18,Per S2 Antigen,Anti-PreS2 Antibody and the Amount of HBV-DNA in Chronic Hepatitis

Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels PreS2 antigen,anti-PreS2 antibody,IL-17,IL-18 and the amount ofHBV-DNA in chronic hepatitis.Method The levels of PreS2antigen,anti-PreS2 antibody serial marks of Hepatitis B virus,IL-17 and IL-18were tested by ELISA with monclonal antibody sandwich;serial levels of HBV-DNAcopies were dectected by quantitative PCR.Results The amount of HBV-DNA was positively related with the level of PreS2 antigen and negatively related with the levels of IL-18 in the chronic viral hepatitis.The amount of HBV-DNA significantly increased in the cases of e-antigen positivity while HBV-DNA was not detected in the cases of e-antibody and anti-preS2 antibody positivity.Conclusion It is valuable to detect the amount of HBV-DNA,IL-17,IL-18,PreS2 and anti-PreS2 antibody simultaneously in the diagnosis and prognosis of chronic hepatitis.
