再论肾损伤的诊断与治疗：附50例报告

报告５０例肾损伤的诊断和治疗，其中闭合性４９例，开放性１例，合并伤１２例，死亡２例，保守治疗３６例，手术治疗１４例。

FURTHER DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF RENAL TRAUMA

The study on diagnosis and treatment was carried out of 50 cases of renal trauma, of it, 49 case of blunt, 1 ease of expose, 12 cases of multiply trauma, 2 cases of die, 36 cases of traditional treatment, 14 case of operative treatment. The results showed that the blood urine is not possessive symptomsl The results showed that the blood urine is not relationship with renal trauma' Sonography examination supplies infprmations for early diagnosis and available treatment. The principle of treatment depends on the traditional treatment. We need to be more aware of treatment of multiply injuries. In sure of patient's life, Doctor may consider to cut off patient' S kidney immediately.
