丝线缝合内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折

研究目的探讨儿童肱骨髁上骨折的治疗方法。研究背景对肿胀、移位重的肱骨髁上骨折治疗通常采用手术切开复位金属内固定,但是,骨折愈合后需行二次手术取出内固定。为了减少患者痛苦,我们采用了丝线缝合内固定法。研究方法 76例儿童肱骨髁上骨折治疗时均采用麻醉下手术切开复位,丝线缝合内固定。结果本组病例治疗后均经随诊至少3个月,全部治愈,其中优62例,占81.6％,良10例,占13.2％,差4例,占5.3％(3个月后行肱骨髁上截骨矫形治愈)。本组无1例缺血性挛缩发生。结论采用丝线缝合内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折优于金属内固定,减少了二次手术之痛苦,患者乐于接受。

Internal fixation by silk suture to trreat supracondylar fracture of humerus in children

Objective To search for a better therapy for the children with supracondylar fracture of humerus. Background Supracondylar fracture of humerus with severe swelling or dislocation was often treated by open reposition and internal needle fixation, but a second operation to take out the needle was needed. Here we report a method of internal fixation by silk suture instead of needle fixation.Methods Seventy-six children with supracondylar fracture of humerus were all treated by open reposition and internal fixation by silk suture.Results All patients were followed up for at least 3 months. sixty-two patients recovered completely and 10 patients recovered better. Four patients without effect were cured by supracondylar osteotomy 3 months after the operation. No Volman's constracture was found in all patients.Conclusion Internal fixation by silk suture is better than internal metal fixation for the treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus. This method is simple and easy to be accepted.
