二维灰阶血流成像技术在下肢中小动脉硬化性疾病中的应用

目的：探讨二维灰阶血流成像（B-Flow）技术在下肢中小动脉硬化性疾病中的应用价值。方法：对100例下肢中小动脉硬化性疾病者分别进行常规二维超声、彩色多普勒血流成像（CDFI）和B-Flow检查,对比观察三种超声表现及效果。结果：本组管腔无狭窄20例,轻度28例,中度27例,重度25例;在斑块显示、管腔狭窄程度评估及血流回声信号显示灵敏度上,B-Flow明显优于常规二维超声和CDFI（P〈0.01）。结论：B-Flow在下肢中小动脉硬化性疾病检查中,因其独特的优势,与二维超声及CDFI联合使用,能明显提高下肢中小动脉硬化性疾病的检出率和准确率,有其重要的临床应用价值。

Application of B-Flow Technique in Small and Medium-sized Arteries of Lower Extremity with Arteriosclerosis

Objective： To investigate the application of B-Flow technique in small and medium-sized arteries of lower extremity with arteriosclerosis. Methods： One hundred patients with arteriosclerosis in small and medium-sized arteries of lower extremity were examined by two-dimensional ultrasonograpby, color doplor flow image （CDFI）and B-Flow to compare the performances and effects. Results： There were 20 cases without stenosis occurred, 28 cases of mild stenosis, 27 cases of moderate stenosis and 25 cases of severe stenosis. B-Flow was obviously better than two-dimensional ultrasonography and CDFI in showing atheromatous plaques, stenosis degree evaluation and blood flow echo signal display sensitivity（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： B-Flow can increase the detection rates and accuracy of arteriosclerosis in small and medium-sized arteries of lower extremity with the combination oftwo-dimenional ultrasonograply, and CDFI. And it has an important value in clinical application.
