足三里穴位埋线促进腹部术后胃肠功能恢复的效果研究

目的：探讨足三里穴位埋线对腹部术后患者胃肠功能恢复的效果。方法：按照纳入标准选择腹部术后患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各30例。实验组除常规护理外,术后6h双下肢感觉恢复后开始实施双足三里穴位埋线1次;对照组则接受腹部术后常规护理。比较两组术后胃肠功能恢复情况。结果：与对照组比较,实验组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：早期采用足三里穴位埋线能有效促进腹部术后胃肠功能恢复,预防术后胃肠功能紊乱的发生。

Effect of catgut implantation at Zusanli acupoint on promoting gastrointestinal functional rehabilitation after abdominal operation

Objective：To investigate the effect of catgut implantation at Zusanli acupoint on gastrointestinal functional rehabilitation after abdominal operation.Methods：60 cases who fit the inclusion criteria were selected and randomized into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in control group acceptted usual care of postabdominal surgery,and patients in experimental group acceptted catgut implantation at Zusanli acupoint besides usual care.Results：There was a statistical significance between the two groups in recovery time of the first bowel sound coming up,the first passage of gas by anus and the first defecation（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Early use of catgut implantation at Zusanli acupoint is an effective method for promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery and to prevent the occurrence of postoperative gastrointestinal disorders.
