健脾益气按摩法在脾虚型脑性瘫痪治疗中的作用研究

目的观察健脾益气按摩法对脑瘫（cerebral palsy，CP）患儿脾胃功能的影响，并探讨其对患儿整体康复疗效的影响。方法70例脾虚型脑瘫患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组，在综合康复治疗的基础上，治疗组加健脾益气按摩法，对照组予感知觉刺激按摩，比较两组治疗前后血清锌、铁、血红蛋白水平，脾虚临床症状好转情况及康复疗效。结果治疗组治疗后患儿血清微量元素锌、铁、血红蛋白的含量明显提高，与治疗前比较差异有统计意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后组间比较，各指标差异均有统计意义（P〈0．05）。临床症状好转情况治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。康复效果方面治疗组疗效也优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论健脾益气按摩法可提高患儿血清铁和锌及血红蛋白的含量，改善脾虚临床症状，在综合康复基础上，可进一步提高患儿康复疗效。

Research the role of Jianpi Yiqi Massage in the treatment of cerebral palsy with insufficiency of the spleen

Objective To observe the spleen and stomach function and explore its rehabilitation efficaey after application of Yiqi Jianpi Massage in children cerebral palsy. Methods 70 cases of splenic asthenia children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group and were given rehabilitation treatment. The treatment group was added Jianpi Yiqi Massage. Compare the level of serum zinc, iron and hemoglobin, deficiency improvement of clinical symptoms and the efficacy of rehabilitation after 3 months treatment. Results After treatment, serum zinc, iron and hemoglobin levels improved significantly and there was also significantly different between treatment group and control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Improvement of clinical symptoms and rehabilitation efficacy in treatment group had an advantage than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Jianpi Yiqi Massage can improve serum iron, zinc and hemoglobin level, improve the clinical symptoms of deficiency of the spleen, and further improve therapeutic effect in children with cerebral palsy.
