柳城县暗娼人群艾滋病哨点监测结果分析

目的了解柳城县暗娼人群人口学特征、行为特征变化及艾滋病感染情况,为下一步制定暗娼人群艾滋病防治干预措施提供依据。方法 2010-2012年抽取有商业性行为场所中的暗娼进行调查,比较分析其人口学特征及行为特征变化及HIV感染情况。结果 2010年、2011年、2012年分别调查270名、275名和276名。艾滋病总知晓率分别为87.0%、93.1%和98.2%（P〈0.05）。HIV阳性检出率分别为0.4%、0.4%、1.5%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论应针对暗娼人群特点加强防艾知识健康教育和宣传,并加强管理新进入本地区的暗娼。

Sentinel Surveillance of Female Sex Workers in Liucheng County

Objective To investigate the demographic characteristics, change of behaviors and status of HIV infection in female sex workers in Liucheng county,and to provide reference for prevention and interventions measures. Methods Female sex worker were selected from commercial sex venues and investigated from 2010 to 2012.Results There were respectively 270,275 and 276 female sex worker investigated in 2010,2011 and 2012.The total awareness rates of AIDS were respectively 87%,93.1% and 98.2 %（P〈0.5）. The HIV positive rates were respectively 0.4 %, 0.4 % and1.5 %,with no statistical difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Health education and publicity should be both intensified based on the features of the female sex workers,and the management of the new-entered ones should be strengthened as well.
