| 摘 要： | 胆管癌是一种侵袭力高预后很差的恶性肿瘤,近年来发现Fascin与MMP-9在胆管癌中异常表达,而Fascin和MMP-9的高表达又与肿瘤的侵袭和转移有关。本文就Fascin、MMP-9在胆管癌中的表达与调控的研究进展加以综述。

| Abstract: | Cholangiocarcinoma is an aggressive cancer with a poor prognosis.Fascin and MMP-9 are found abnormal expression in cholangiocarcinoma patients,their over-expression induces a high potential for invasion and metastasis.This article reviews progresses on the relationship of Fascin as well as MMP-9 with cholangiocarcinoma respectively. |
