加味参附颗粒对充血性心力衰竭病人血流动力学的影响

目的探讨加味参附颗粒对充血性心力衰竭病人血流动力学的影响及其临床疗效.方法将84例充血性心力衰竭病人分为两组,治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用加味参附颗粒,两组疗程均为4周.治疗前后观察两组心功能改善情况,同时测定血流动力学指标.结果治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组;两组治疗后的心每搏输出量(SV)、心排血量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)均较治疗前有统计学意义(P＜0.01或P＜0.05),且两组治疗后比较亦有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗组治疗后射血分数(EF)、左室短轴缩短率(△D%)、室壁增厚率(△T%)均显著增加(P＜0.05),体循环外周阻力(SVR)明显降低(P＜0.05),对照组上述指标均无明显变化.结论加味参附颗粒能明显改善充血性心力衰竭病人的心功能,与西药合用能取得更好的治疗效果.

Effect of Modified Mankshood Granule on Hemodynamics in Patients with Congestive Heart Failure

Objective To observe the effect of modified Mankshood Granule on hemodynamics in patients with congestive heart failure(CHF),and to explore the clinical effect of modified Mankshood Granule in treating patients with CHF.Methods Eighty-four patients with CHF were divided into two groups.Conventional treatment was given to both groups,and increased modified Mankshood Granule was administered to the treated group additionally.The course of treatment in two groups were both four weeks.The alteration of heart function and the indexes of hemodynamics before and after the treatment were determined and compared.Results The total effective rate in the treated group was markedly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of stroke volume(SV),cardiac output(CO)and the cardiac index(CI)were all improved in both groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05),but better improvement was shown in the treated group(P<0.05).In the treated group,eject fraction(EF),left ventricular minor axis shortened rate,ventricular wall thickened rate were all increased after treatment and system, vascular resistance(SVR)decreased significantly(P<0.05),while the control group,insignificant change was found in the above-mentioned parameters after treatment.Conclusion modified Mankshood Granule could markedly improve the heart function of patients with CHF.The effect of conventional treatment would be enhanced in combination therapy with increased ingredient's Ginseng Mankshood Granule.
