结肠镜检查在肠梗阻病因诊断及治疗中的作用

目的　探讨结肠镜检查在肠梗阻病因诊断及治疗中的作用。方法　对 48例低位肠梗阻患者的结肠镜检查结果进行分析 ,观察结肠镜检查对非肿瘤性肠梗阻的治疗作用。结果　 48例中有 47例完成了检查 ,其中肿瘤 13例 ,粘连性梗阻 6例 ,肠套叠 2例 ,肠结核 1例 ,全大肠未见梗阻 2 5例中有 2 3例通过结肠镜检查 ,症状缓解 ;有 1例肠套叠得以整复。结论　结肠镜检查对肠梗阻兼有病因诊断及辅助性治疗作用。

The Effect of Colonoscopy on Etiological Diagnosis and Treatment of Intestinal Obstruction

Objective To investigate the effect of colonoscopy on etiological diagnosis and treatment of intestinal obstruction. Methods We analyzed the colonoscopy of 48 patients with low position intestinal obstruction, and investigated the therapeutical effect on intestinal obstruction caused by non-tumor. Results Colonoscopys were accomplished in 47 patients. Among them, 13 cases were tumor, 6 cases were adhesiveness intestinal obstruction, 2 cases were intussusception, one case was intestinal tuberculosis. The obstruction was not found in all colon in 25 patients, and remission of the obstruction happened in 23 patients of them after colonoscopy. The intussusception recovered. Conclusions Colonoscopy is a help to the etiological diagnosis and treatment.
