手术结合封闭及中药薰洗治疗慢性肛周湿疹

目的:观察手术结合封闭及中药薰洗治疗慢性肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性肛周湿疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组行手术结合封闭及中药薰洗治疗,对照组中药薰洗结合局部涂搽派瑞松治疗。结果:两组治疗14d后,临床疗效与皮肤病生活质量指数差值变化相当(P0.05);6个月、12个月时治疗组较对照组改善明显(P0.05)复发率降低(P0.05)。结论:手术结合封闭及中药薰洗治疗方案对慢性肛周湿疹治疗能较好地改善患者生活质量指数,降低远期复发率。

Surgery Combined with Block Plus Fumigating with Chinese Herbal Medicine in Treating Chronic Peranal Eczema

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects on surgery combined with block plus fumigating with Chinese herbal medicine in patients with chronic peranal eczema. Methods Sixty patients with chronic peranal eczema were randomLy divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases each. Patients in the treatment group were given surgery combined with block plus fumigating with Chinese herbal medicine, while patients in control group were given fumigation with Chinese herbs plus pevisone. The dermatology life quality index（DLQI） and recurrence rates were observed before and after the treatment and in the follow-up period respectively. Results No significant difference in clinical effects and DLQI was found between the two groups after treating 14 days. Followed up for 6 months and 12 months, the recurrence rate and DLQI in the treatment group were obviously improved than those in the control group. （P 0.05）. Conclusion Surgery combined with block plus fumigating with Chinese herbal medicine after operation can improve patient’s DLQI and reduce long-term recurrence rate in treating peranal eczema.
