应用葡萄球菌A蛋白快速检测金黄色葡萄球菌的诊断价值

目的评价应用葡萄球菌A蛋白(SPA)快速检测金葡菌的临床诊断价值。方法 200株鉴定明确的菌株(金葡菌和非金葡菌各100株)采用SPA法检测,统计检测方法的灵敏度和特异度;118份ICU患者的痰标本,采用双盲法分别对其进行传统痰培养鉴定和SPA镜下快速检测,计算该诊断试验的评价指标,并对痰培养和SPA方法的相关性进行分析。结果 SPA检测的灵敏度和特异度均为100%;双盲法痰标本SPA检测敏感度为100%,特异度97.7%,SPA检测和痰培养的结果呈高度相关性(P>0.05)。结论 SPA检测法可早期诊断金葡菌感染,是一项快速的、灵敏度和特异度较高的诊断试验。

Diagnostic utility of SPA methods for quick identifying Staphylococcus aureus

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic utility of staphylococcal protein A （SPA） in quick identifying Staphylococcus aureus. Methods A total of 200 identified strains （Staphylococcus aureus and nonStaphylococcus aureus accounted for 50% respectively） were tested via SPA method. Sensitivity and specificity were calculated. A total of 118 isolates collected from sputum specimens were tested by conventional sputum culture and SPA quick identification respectively in a double-blind way. We calculated the sensitivity and speci- ficity of each method and analyzed the correlations between the two methods. Results Both the sensitivity and specificity of SPA method were 100%. The sensitivity and specificity of SPA method in identifying S. aureus from sputum specimens were 100% and 97. 7% respectively. The results of SPA and culture methods were highly correlated （P〉0.05）. Conclusions The SPA method is promising for early diagnosis of S. aureus injection with high sensitivity and specificity.
