| 摘 要： | 目的：研究电针丰隆穴对金黄地鼠高脂血症的早期干预作用。方法：金黄地鼠随机分为A组（正常组）、B组（模型组）、C组（西药组）和D组（电针组）,均喂普通饲料1周后,B、C及D组均给予高脂饲料喂养,同时C组加用阿托伐他汀钙片,D组加用电针丰隆穴。于实验前、实验24次后分别检测体质量,麻醉取腹主动脉血液测定血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）和低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）的浓度。结果：治疗24次后B组与A、C及D组比较,体质量、血清TC、TG及LDL-C均明显升高,HDL-C明显降低（P〈0.01）;A、C、D 3组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论：电针丰隆穴有早期干预金黄地鼠高脂血症形成作用,为临床针刺治疗高脂血症提供一定的理论依据。 |
