医院服务品质管理体系构建的探索与实践

摘    要:随着当前社会经济的不断发展以及不断进步,人们生活水平也在不断的提高,在这样的背景下,人们对于生活质量的追求也越来越高,延伸至患者对于医院医疗的服务质量所提出的要求也日益提高,所以加强医院服务品质管理体系的构建成为医院发展的一个重要趋势。结合医院构建服务品质管理体系的做法及思考,从医院服务品质管理的内涵及其实践出发,探讨医院服务品质管理体系的构建,如服务理念体系、服务培训体系、服务标准体系、服务调研体系等,以进一步优化患者的就医体验,给患者提供品质更好的医疗护理服务,从而为医院的长远发展奠定扎实的基础。

Exploration and Practice of Construction of Hospital Service Quality Management System

Abstract:With the continuous development of the current social economy and continuous progress,people’s living standards are also constantly improving.Under this background,people’s pursuit of quality of life is getting higher and higher,extending to the quality of patients’hospital medical services.The requirements are increasing,so strengthening the construction of hospital service quality management system has become an important trend in hospital development.This article combines the practice and thinking of the hospital to build a service quality management system,and starts from the connotation and practice of the hospital service quality management to explore the construction of the hospital service quality management system,such as the service concept system,service training system,service standard system,and service research system,etc.To further optimize the patient’s medical experience and provide patients with better quality medical care services,thereby laying a solid foundation for the longterm development of the hospital.
