针灸推拿配合中药内服外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症115例

目的探讨针灸推拿配合中药内服外敷对腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗效果。方法随机选择2018年5月-2019年5月来本院进行治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者共230例进行试验研究,分为对照组和研究组各115例。对照组采用临床常规中药内服外敷进行临床治疗,研究组配合针灸推拿进行腰椎间盘突出治疗。对两组患者临床治疗总有效率、治疗前后疼痛程度评分指标进行对比。结果研究组患者疼痛评分、治疗总有效率指标均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗中,针灸推拿配合中药内服外敷的治疗方法能够提高临床治疗有效率,有效降低患者疼痛程度。

Treatment of 115 Cases of Lumbar Disc Herniation With Acupuncture and Massage Combined With Chinese Herbal Medicine and External Application

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 230 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly selected and divided into control group and study group(each group was 115 patients).The control group was treated with clinical routine Chinese medicine orally and externally for clinical treatment.The research group cooperated with acupuncture and massage for lumbar disc herniation.The effective rate of clinical treatment and the score of pain degree before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score and treatment efficiency index of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation,acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the efficiency of clinical treatment and effectively reduce the degree of pain.
