急性中风眩晕患者实施中医综合护理的效果观察

目的观察对急性中风眩晕患者实施中医综合护理的临床效果。方法抽选2018年1月-2019年4月本院急性中风眩晕患者80例,并随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例;对照组给予常规护理,而观察组则加以中医综合护理干预。评估两组护理干预的临床效果、生活质量综合评分量表(generic quality of life inventory-74,GQOLI-74)评分和彼得需求满意度调查表(nursing satosfaction quality,NSQ)评分情况。结果干预前两组GQOLI-74评分无明显差异,干预后观察组GQOLI-74评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组NSQ评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中医综合护理应用于急性中风眩晕患者当中,能明显提高临床效果、生活质量和护理满意度。

Effect of Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Nursing in Patients With Acute Stroke Vertigo

Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive Chinese medicine nursing for patients with acute stroke vertigo.Methods 80 cases of acute stroke vertigo in the hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group of 40 cases.The control group was given routine care,while the observation group was given comprehensive Chinese medicine nursing intervention.The clinical effect,quality of life generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)score and nursing satisfaction quality(NSQ)score were evaluated.Results There was no significant difference in the GQOLI-74 score of the two groups before intervention,and the GQOLI-74 score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The score of NSQ in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the clinical effect,quality of life and nursing satisfaction obviously.
