加速康复外科理论在股骨颈骨折护理中的效果

目的对加速康复外科理论在股骨颈骨折老年患者围术期护理中的应用效果展开分析。方法纳入本科室(2018年1月-2019年7月)接收的股骨颈骨折老年患者(n=94)作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=47,实施常规护理)、试验组(n=47,实施加速康复外科护理),对比两组护理疗效。结果与对照组相比,试验组生活质量较好;试验组满意度97.87%,高于对照组87.23%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。试验组中并发症发生率为2.13%,低于对照组14.89%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论实施加速康复外科护理方案,可以缩短住院时间,提高治疗效果。

Effect of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery Theory in the Nursing of Femoral Neck Fracture

Objective To analyze the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery theory in perioperative nursing of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods Elderly patients(n=94)who underwent femoral neck fracture received from the department(January 2018 to July 2019)were randomly divided into the control group(n=47,routine nursing)and the experimental group(n=47,accelerated rehabilitation surgical care),compare the efficacy of the two groups of care.Results Compared with the control group,the quality of life of the experimental group was better;the satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.87%,which was higher than that of the control group(87.23%),P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The incidence rate of complication in the experimental group was 2.13%,which was lower than that in the control group(14.89%),P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The implementation of accelerated rehabilitation surgical care program can shorten the hospital stay and improve the treatment effect.
