经颅联合颈动脉超声诊断缺血性脑血管疾病

目的探讨经颅多普勒超声联合颈动脉超声诊断缺血性脑血管疾病的价值。方法选择我院2018年6月-2019年6月收治的100例缺血性脑血管疾病患者作为本次研究入组对象,对患者进行经颅多普勒超声联合颈动脉超声检查,将检查结果与头颈部CT血管造影(computed tomography angiography,CTA)作为对照,分析超声检查的价值。结果经颅多普勒超声联合颈动脉超声的诊断阳性率为48%,与头颈部CT血管造影52%相比组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。经颅多普勒超声联合颈动脉超声的诊断灵敏度为92.31%,特异度为92.31%,准确率为96%。结论经颅多普勒超声联合颈动脉超声诊断缺血性脑血管疾病的价值明显,灵敏度和特异度高,诊断准确率可观。

Value Analysis of Transcranial Doppler Ultrasound Combined With Carotid Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Diseases

Objective To explore the value of transcranial doppler ultrasound combined with carotid ultrasound in the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods A total of 100 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as subjects for this study.Transcranial doppler ultrasound combined with carotid ultrasound was performed on the patients,and the examination results were compared with head and neck CT angiography(CTA)to analyze the value of ultrasound examination.Results The positive rate of transcranial doppler ultrasound combined with carotid artery ultrasound was 48%,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups compared with 52%of head and neck CT angiography(P>0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of transcranial doppler ultrasound combined with carotid ultrasound were 92.31%,92.31%and 96%respectively.Conclusion Transcranial doppler ultrasound combined with carotid ultrasound in the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease has obvious value,high sensitivity and specificity,and considerable diagnostic accuracy.
