| 摘 要： | 目的探讨巴曲酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法将286例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组145例和对照组141例，在常规治疗的基础上观察组第1天静脉滴注巴曲酶10BU，第3、5天各5BU静脉滴注；对照组采用低分子右旋糖酐500ml加复方丹参16ml静脉滴注。治疗前后分别进行疗效评定，检测凝血活酶时间（PT）、凝血酶时间（TT）、活化部分凝血酶时间（APTT）、血浆纤维蛋白原（FIB），并于治疗前后5、10d对神经功能缺损进行评分。结果治疗后观察组病例神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；观察组患者的治愈率、显效率、总有效率均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗12h后，观察组患者的PT、TT、APTT延长，FIB浓度降低，与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗死的疗效显著，安全性好，无明显不良反应。 |
