| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制荆曲古押茵素A对体外培养的人胆管上皮癌细胞增殖及凋亡的影响.[方法]采用MTT法和软琼脂克隆形成试验观察细胞的生长增殖能力,采用TUNEL染色法观察细胞凋亡指数.[结果]曲古抑菌素A抑制胆管癌QBC939细胞的生长,促进其凋亡发生,且呈剂量依赖性.[结论]曲古抑菌素A可以有效地抑制人胆管癌QBC939细胞的增殖并诱导其凋亡.

| Abstract: | [Objective]To investigate the effects of histone deacetylase inhibitors-trichostatin A on the proliferation and apoptosis of human cholangiocarcinoma cell.[Methods]The cell proliferation ability was observed by MTT method and the test of colony formation in soft agar respectively.Apoptotic index(AI) was evaluated by TUNEL staining.[Results] Trichostatin A could inhibit the growth of human cholangiocarcinoma cell and induce the apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner.[Conclusion] Trichostatin A can effectively ... |
