5-羟色胺转运体及去甲肾上腺素转运体基因多态性交互作用与人格的关联性研究

目的 探讨汉族健康人群5-羟色胺转运体基因(5-HTT LPR,5-HTT VNTR)、去甲肾上腺素转运体基因(NET T182C、NET G1287A单基因)及交互作用对人格的影响.方法 严格按照入组标准筛取中国汉族健康人群367例,采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)测量人格的三个纬度,聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测5-HTT及NET基因多态性,使用SPSS 13.0统计软件及多因子降维法(MDR)进行统计分析.结果 ①5-HTT VNTR各基因型及等位基因在人格维度间分布无差异(P>0.05).②神经质人格维度均数在5-HTT LPR各等位基因间分布有差异(t=2.232,P=0.026).③内外向人格维度均数在NET T182C各等位基因间分布有差异(t=2.680,P=0.008).④在内倾人格和外倾人格间,G1287A各基因型(X2=9.950,P=0.007)及等位基因(X2=9.644,P=0.002)分布差异有统计学意义,在其等位基因间,精神质人格维度均数分布有差异(t=3.226,P=0.001).⑤未发现5-HTT LPR、5-HTT VNTR、NET T182C、NET G1287A间存在交互作用.结论 ①5-HTT VNTR可能与EPQ所测人格无关联.②5-HTT LPR与神经质人格相关,等位基因L是神经质人格的可疑危险因素.③NET T182C与内外向人格有关联,等位基因T是内倾人格的可疑危险因素.④NET G1287A与内外向、精神质人格相关,等位基因G是内倾人格的可疑危险因素;等位基因A是精神质人格的可疑危险因素.⑤尚未发现5-HTT、NET基因多态性间存在交互作用对人格产生影响.

Interaction to personality between the serotonin transporter and norepinephrine transporter genes polymorphisms

Objective To assess the interaction to personality among 5-HTT LPR，5-HTT VNTR，NET T182C,NET G1287A.Methods 367 Han Chinese healthy people were assessed with EPQ personality include P,E，N latitude.Using PCR to detect gene polymorphism include 5-HTT and NET.Using SPSS13.0 and MDR to do statistical analysis.Results ①The distribution variance of the 5-HTT VNTR genetype and allele don't have statistical significance among different personality latitude(P＞0.05).②The mean T scores of N latitude's have statistical significance among L/S allele(t=2.232，P=0.026).③The mean T scores of E latitude's have statistical significance among T/C allele(t=2.680，P=0.008).④The distribution variance of G1287A genetype(X2=9.950.P=0.007)and allele(X2=9.644，P=0.002)have statistical significance between different grades in E latitude.The mean T scores of P latitude's have statistical significance among G/A allele(t=3.226,P=0.001).⑤There were no interaction among 5-HTT LPR，5-HTT VNTR，NET T182C，NET G1287A.Conclusions①There were no associations between the 5-HTT VNTR and EPQ personality latitude.②5-HTT LPR have associations with N latitude.L allele is the doubrful risk factor of neurotic personality.③NET T182C have associations with E latitude.T allele is the doubtful risk factor of introvert personality.④NETG1287A have associations with E and P latitude.G allele is the doubtful risk factor of introversion personality.A allele is the doubtful risk factor of psychoticism personality.⑤There were no interaction to personality among 5-HTT，NET genes polymorphisms.
