自体骨髓移植大量采髓的护理体会

采集骨髓是白体骨髓移植(ABMT)非常重要的环节。作阐述了自体骨髓移植大量采髓的术前用物准备、病员准备及骨髓采集、输注的护理，强调充分的移植前准备，确保全环境保护质量，把握好采髓过程中的关键：严格无菌技术操作；采髓过程中抽吸骨髓负压适度；盛入保养液内及取拿时避免剧烈震动以免破坏细胞；采舶时应确保输液通道藏畅，及时补充血容量，适时回输自体血，维护血液动力学稳定；严密监测T．P、R、BP，仔细观察病情变化，及时妥善处理。

Nursing in Bone Marrow Collection for Autogenous Bone Marrow Transplantation

Bone marrow collection plays a very important role in autogenous bone marrow transplantation (ABMT). In this paper we introduce our experience in the preoperative preparation for ABMT,including material and pateint preparation, the course of bone marrow collection,the care of transfusion,and environmental protection. The importance of preoperative preparation is stressed.The key to success of bone marrow collection lies in strict sterile performance, proper negative presure ex-traction,avoidance of violent vibration in handling and storing in medium, assurance of the passing of transfusion ducts,prompt supplement of blood and transfusion of autogenous blood,maintenance of constant hematodynamics.moni-toring of T,p,R and BP,careful observation of condition changes,and adequate treatment.
