弥可保治疗糖尿病多发性末梢神经病变

目的：探讨弥可保对糖尿病多发性末梢神经病变的治疗效果。方法：把60例病人随机分为两组，对照组31例应用葛根治疗，治疗组29例在应用葛根的基础上加用弥可保治疗，疗程为半个月。结果：对照组总有效率为70％，显效率19％；治疗组总有效率89％，显效率41％，两组间有显著差异（P＜0．05）。结论：弥可保是治疗该病的有效药物。

Mecobalamin Treats the Diabetic Distal Polyneuropathy

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of mecobalamin for the treatment of diabetic distal polyneuropathy. Methods: 60 cases with diabetic distal polyneuropathy were divided randomly into two groups: the control group (n =31) and the treatment group( n = 29). The control and the treatment group were treated with radix paerariae and radix paerariae adding mecobalamin for 15 days respectively. Results: The total effective rate and the significant effective rate were 70%and 19% in the control group;89%and 41% in the treatment group respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Mecobalamin is an effective drug for the treatment of diabetic distal polyneuropathy.
