摘    要:目的:研究左卡尼汀(L-carnitine,LC)对老龄小鼠抗氧化能力的影响,探讨其对小鼠血浆和脑组织中SOD,GSH-PX,CAT和MDA活力的影响。方法:小鼠随机分成青年组、老年组、LC处理的衰老小鼠组,分为低、中、高(0.25,0.5,1.0 g.kg-1.d-1)3个剂量组,LC药物组连续灌服药物4周后处死,通过试剂盒测定血浆和脑组织SOD,GSH-Px,CAT活性和MDA含量。结果:与老年组比较,左卡尼汀可显著提高小鼠血浆和脑组织中的SOD,GSH-Px,CAT活性,降低MDA含量,且呈剂量依赖性。结论:左卡尼汀具有抗氧化作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the antioxidant effects of L-carnitine on aged mice,and to investigate its effect on the levels of SOD,GSH-PX,CAT and MDA in serum and brain tissue.Methods:The mice were divided into 5 groups:young control group,aged control group and L-carnitine treated aged mice groups(0.25,0.5,1.0 g·kg-1·d-1).The mice in L-carnitine treatment groups were orally administered L-carnitine for 4 weeks.The mice were sacrificed,and then the levels of SOD,GSH-Px,CAT activity,and also the MDA content in serum and brain tissue were examined using kit.Results:Compared with the aged control group,L-carnitine could significantly enhance the SOD,GSH-Px and CAT activity in serum and brain tissue,and reduce the MDA content dose-dependently.Conclusions:The results indicate that L-carnitine has antioxidant effects on aged mice.
