糖尿病家族史对孕妇与胎儿体重指数及妊娠结局的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨糖尿病家族史对孕妇体重指数、指数增长及妊娠结局的影响。方法:选择50例有糖尿病家族史的孕妇为糖尿病家族组,同期50例健康孕妇为对照组。观察两组孕妇体重指数、孕期体重指数增长情况及妊娠结局。结果:体重指数糖尿病家族组孕妇与对照组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);体重指数增长和新生儿体重糖尿病家族组孕妇与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。糖尿病家族组与对照组相比,孕妇低血糖、蛋白尿发生率、新生儿宫内发育迟缓、早产以及低血糖发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。感染、妊娠高血压、酮症酸中毒、离子紊乱发生率、新生儿死胎和巨大儿发生率的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病家族史孕妇孕期体重指数增长较多,妊娠不良结局发生率高。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effects of diabetes family history on the body mass index and pregnancy outcome in mother and neonate.Methods: 50 pregnant women with family history of diabetes and 50 healthy pregnant women were selected into our study.The changes of pregnant women and neonates' weight, and the pregnancy outcome were observed. Results: The body mass index differences between the pregnant women with family history and the healthy pregnant women were statistically insignificant (P>0.05). But the differences were statistically significant, which of the body mass index growth and the neonate weight between the pregnant women with family history and the healthy pregnant women (P<0.05).The incidence differences were statistically insignificant (P>0.05) between the pregnant women with family history and the healthy pregnant women, such as the hypoglycemia or proteinuria in pregnant women, and the intrauterine growth retardation, premature birth or hypoglycemia in newborn infants. While the incidence of infection, gestational hypertension, ketosis or electrolyte disturbances of pregnant women and fetal death, and large for date infant in pregnant women with family history of diabetes were higher than that in healthy pregnant women (P<0.05). Conclusion: The body mass index growth, the neonate weight and the incidence of bad pregnancy outcome in the pregnant women with diabetes family history are higher than those in the healthy pregnant women.
