急性冠脉综合征患者血清C反应蛋白浓度变化及他汀类药物干预治疗

目的:探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)浓度变化及他汀类药物干预治疗效果。方法:将ACS患者随机分为常规组和对照组,分别测定治疗前后HS-CRP、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、TG。结果:治疗组治疗后血浆HS-CRP的平均水平较治疗前降低了7.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组血浆HS-CRP浓度的降低与血浆TC浓度的降低无明显相关性(P>0.05),但与血浆HDL-C浓度的升高呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论:CRP是ACS的炎性标志物,在预测斑块稳定性上有着较高的敏感性和精确性,可作为评价粥样硬化斑块不稳定性的非侵入指标。他汀类药物可改善内皮功能,稳定斑块,对ACS的发生、发展及预后起重要作用。

The level of C-reactive protein in patients with acute coronary syndrome and the intervention of HMG COM

Objective To investigate the level of C-reactive protein in patients with acute coronary syndrome and the intervention of HMG COM. Method Patients with ACS were randomly assigned into the control group and the simvastatin group. Before and after the treatment the plasma levels of HS-CRP? TC ?HDL-C?LDL-C and TG were detected. Results In the treatment group, the mean levels of HS-CRP were decreased 7.9%(P<0.05). The decrease of the levels of HS-CRP in treatment group is not relative to the levels of TC(P>0.05),but negatively relative to the levels of HDL-C(P<0.01). Conclusion As the marks of inflammation, CRP is better sensitivity and accuratly in predicting the stability of atherosclerosis and it is can also as the invasive index to assessing the instability of atherosclerosis. HMG COM can improve the endothelial function ,stabilize atherosclerosis and play the important role in the occurrence ,development and prognosis of ACS.
