老年人抗利尿激素分泌异常综合征的临床研究

目的 分析老年人抗利尿激素分泌异常综合征（SIADH）的临床特点,提高诊治水平.方法 回顾性分析20例老年（〉65岁）抗利尿激素分泌异常综合征患者的病因、发病机制、临床表现、实验室检查和诊治情况.结果 20例患者均因不同的脑部疾病住院,在原有疾病的基础上出现嗜睡、呕吐、肢体抽搐等;实验室检查：20例患者血钠〈130 mmol/L,尿钠〉40 mmol/L,均诊断为SIADH,经过限水、利尿治疗,病情有所好转.结论 正确认识SIADH的临床表现及实验室特点,早期祛除病因,治疗得当转归良好

Clinical study of elderly patients with syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antiduretic hormone

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with sydrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone（SIADH）, in order to raise the level of diagnosis and treatment. Methods The etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, laboratory examination and treatment of 20 ehterly patients with SIADH were retrospectively analyzed. Results Twenty patients were hospitalized for different brain diseases, on the basis of the original diseases, lethargy, vomiting, limb seizures, etc occured; Laboratory examination： the serum sodium of 20 patients was less than 130 retool/L, the urine sodi- um was more than 40 mmol/L,and they were all diagnozed as SIAl）H, after water rationing, diuretic treatment, the illness was better. Conclusion Corrcct understanding of clinical and laboratory characteristics of SIADH, early removal of the cause, and appropriate treatment, then the outcome is good.
