| 摘 要： | 目的:研究建立一套适合评价四川省二级和三级医院科技能力的指标体系,便于卫生行政部门了解、考核各医院的科技能力,合理配备医学科技资源.方法:运用文献法、专家会议、专家咨询法和德尔菲法建立指标体系.结果:建立了一套由3个一级指标、13个二级指标、26个三级指标组成的三级指标体系.结论:该套指标体系适合评价四川省二三级医院的科技能力,下一步有待于研究指标的权重和进行应用研究<'1]>.
