胸、腹腔积液及血液中生存素的表达及其临床意义

目的测定胸、腹腔积液患者血液和胸、腹腔积液中生存素含量和相关性,初步评价胸、腹腔积液患者血液和积液中生存素含量测定在积液良恶性质判断中的价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）测定胸、腹腔积液患者血液和积液中生存素含量,并了解血液和积液中生存素含量的相关性;对血液和胸、腹腔积液中生存素测定在胸腹腔积液性质判断中的价值进行评价。结果恶性胸、腹腔积液患者血液和积液中生存素含量均明显高于良性积液患者（P〈0.05）;患者血液和积液中生存素含量具有良好相关性（P〈0.01）。结论血液和胸、腹腔积液中生存素含量可能成为胸、腹腔积液良恶性质判断的一个有较高价值的指标。

Detection of the survivin of serum, pleural effusion and ascites in patients and its clinical value in the diagnosis of effusion and ascites

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of determination of pleural effusion or ascitic fluid,serum survivin contents for differentiating benign from malignant pleural effusion or ascites fluid and analyze the correlation between serum and pleural effusion or ascitic fluid.Methods22 patients with pleural effusion or ascites were detected for survivin level in serum,pleural effusion or ascites fluid.ELISA was taken to detect the survivin in serum,pleural effusion or ascites fluid.ResultsSurvivin of serum,pleural effusion or ascites fluid is elevated significantly in patients with tumors than those with benign dieases（P〈0.05）.Survivin of serum is consistently increased with negative correlation with survivin level in pleural effusion or ascites fluid indicated by correlation analysis（P〈0.01）.ConclusionSurvivin may be a valuable signal in the differentiating benign from malignant pleural effusion or ascites fluid.Determinate survivin of serum,pleural effusion or ascites fluid may be useful in the distinguishing of effusion or ascites.
