亚高原地区高血压与颈动脉病变关系的探讨

目的探讨亚高原地区原发性高血压与颈动脉粥样硬化之间的关系,为高血压及其脑血管并发症防治提供参考依据。方法从2009年4月～2010年6月昆明企事业单位来我院体检中心例行体检的人群中,分别随机抽取符合高血压诊断的1000名体检者设为高血压组,非高血压者673名设为对照组。对两组人员进行颈动脉超声检查,记录颈动脉内-中膜（IMT）厚度、斑块情况、有无狭窄及狭窄程度,并对结果进行分析。结果高血压组IMT增厚、斑块检出率、颈动脉狭窄和轻中度狭窄检出率均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论亚高原地区高血压是颈动脉病变的重要危险因素,应对高血压患者进行经常性健康保健知识教育,提高对高血压及其并发症的知晓率,提高降压治疗效果监测及定期超声检查的依从性,配合积极的综合性治疗,改善预后。
