| 摘 要： | 目的探讨氩氦冷冻和局部乙醇注射治疗作用于小鼠移植性肝癌后,小鼠的生存情况及残存肝癌细胞生物学特性的差异。方法采用氩氦冷冻和局部乙醇注射治疗小鼠移植性肝癌,比较各组之间生存时间和残存组织p27、bc l-2及survivin免疫组织化学染色阳性单位的差异。结果治疗组与空白组之间生存时间存在显著性差异。氩氦冷冻治疗与乙醇注射组p27表达存在显著性差异,而bc l-2和survivin表达差异不显著。结论经局部治疗后小鼠生存时间延长,细胞生物学特性发生变化,氩氦冷冻治疗后肝癌细胞较乙醇注射后组织可能出现增殖能力下降。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the differences in survival time and the biological characteristics between the percutaneous ethanol injection(PEI) and cryotherapy for transplanted hepatocarcinoma in rats.Methods The hepatoma H22 cells were subcutaneously injected into the KM mice.The survival time was observed after different therapies,then the difference in the expression of p27,bcl-2 and survivin proteins was compared by the immunohistochemistry methods.Results There was significant difference in the survival time and the expression of p27 proteins between the cryotherapy group and PEI group.Conclusion After different therapies,the survival time was prolonged,and the cells may have different biological characteristics. |
