| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨放射性核素^188Re标记抗鼻咽癌（NPC）单抗BAC5的方法及^188Re-BAC5对鼻咽癌进行免疫导向治疗的可行性。方法 ^188Re-BAC5的制备采用直接标记法，采用MTT法观察^188Re-BAC5对体外单层培养的鼻咽癌细胞（CNE－2）的抑制作用，对照组为^188Re-BSA、^188ReO4^-。结果 ^188Re-BAC5的标记率在80％以上，MTT法结果表明^188Re-BAC5组的抑瘤率比对照组明显提高（P＜0．05）。结论 提示^188Re-BAC5有可能在对人鼻咽癌的放免导向治疗中起到良好的作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the feasibility of targeted therapy on NPC with 188Re-BAC 5. Methods BAC 5 is a kind of monoclonal antibody to NPC.The 188Re-BAC 5 was prepared by direct labeling way.The MTT method was used to determine the inhibitive effect of the 188Re-BAC 5.The control group were 188Re-BSA and 188ReO 4 -. Results The labeling yield of 188Re-BAC 5 was above 80%.The results of MTT showed that the inhibitive effects of 188Re-BAC 5 group was much stronger than that of the control group (p<0.05). Conclusions 188Re-BAC 5 possibly provides a promising may of targeted therapy on NPC in the near future. |
