二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕疗效分析

目的:探讨二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕的临床疗效。方法:将88例多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕患者随机分为克罗米芬治疗组(对照组)与二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗组(观察组),比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者治疗后的LH、T、FSH以及FINS水平均优于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的排卵率为84.1%,妊娠率为47.7%,均显著高于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕临床疗效好,可提高排卵率和妊娠率,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical effect analysis of metformin combined with clomiphene in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility

Objective To explore the clinical effect of metformin comomed with clomiphene in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility.Methods 88 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility patients were randomly divided into clomiphene treatment group（control group） and metformin combined with clomiphene treatment group（observation group）,compared the clinical effect of patients in two groups. Results LH,T, FSH and FINS levels of cases in the observation group were superior than that in control group,there was significant difference between two groups（P 〈 0.05）.The ovulation rate of cases in the observation group was 84.1%,pregnancy rate was 47.7%,all significantly higher than that in control group,there was significant difference between two groups（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Taking metformin combined with clomiphene in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility has good clinical effect,can improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,worthy of clinical using.
